I'm also trying to kick start my healthy eating again in the New Year after 6 weeks of binge eating amazing American Cuisine -eek! Don't get me wrong, it was worth it. But I'm feeling very ready to get back on track again and lose those last pounds- hopefully before Summer!

The white chix chili looks great, I may be adding that to my menu plan this week!
I have been wanting to make that white chili for a long time. Every time I see it on your blog I want to try it! I'm just being lazy and need to do it!

Thanks Danielle! I can't get Jiffy cornbread mix, so I've been looking for another one as well ;) Although, I did smuggle some in from my trip home, so I get the good stuff this week!
