10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 ...BLAST OFF!


Well, There are 10 days and counting until I take my Praxis Teaching Certification Test! Needless to say, I am a bit nervous! I have been studying about 1-2 hours a night and more on the weekends. I am feeling confident in the Language, Vocabulary, and Reading sections. But I am nervous about the Algebra and Geometry though. It has been eight years since I have worked with that kind of Math!

I know you'll do great! And you will be soooo relieved to get it over with. Stick with it - I know it will be worth it. I'll be praying for you and I'll look forward to hearing when it's done. Maybe you can come over and we can celebrate!

I can't wait till you get it! You'll be right on your jolly way to being what every NBBC grad isn't "licensed". You'll be famous, the talk of the town!

the Lord brought you to mind this morning as i came to matthew 6.34:
"...do not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will care for itself. each day has enough trouble of its own."

we love you and are praying for you. remember that your test day is just another one of the days the Lord ordained for you before there was any (psalm 139.16?).
embrace each and every one, and resolve not to be anxious over any of them...
