Menu Plan Monday

Monday - Coconut Chicken with sweet chili dipping sauce (419 calories per 4 strips, 25 calories for 1T dipping sauce)


Tuesday- Sweet n' Sticky Sesame Chicken (288 calories, 4g fat, 2.25g fiber per 1 cup)



Wednesday- Chicken Caesar Salad (227 calories per 1 cup)


Thursday- Beef Taco Salad with Black Bean Salsa

Friday-  Pat's Famous Beef and Pork Chili(469 calories for 1 cup)

*The recipe actually says it serves 6 people but it makes 10 cups of chili. So I  reduced the portion size to make the calories more reasonable.

Coconut Chicken?!? I'm excited and wish I was having some. Please come and make me some, or at least tell me it was so delicious and easy to make that I can do it.
