Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

I decided to make small loaves of pumpkin cranberry bread for my fellow employees at HFLS this year for Thanksgiving.  It was quite the challenge, as I had to make 16 mini loaves to make.  But it really was fun. I turned on some Christmas music and started baking! About three or four hours later I was  finished.  Here is the final product!

Wow;) They look beautiful! And hey--I would love a copy of that coffee cake recipe! That sounds like it is delish! I understand if it's one of those recipes where you can't give out the info because it is a "family" one;) But if you can give it out--I would love a copy!

Great idea Jules - they sound really good too. I keep seeing those little glass bread pans in Michaels...they are so cute, and I've been thinking about that same idea for people that I need a small gift for. Maybe I'll get inspired from you. Happy Thanksgiving. We miss you guys - hope you are enjoying Chicago - I'm sure it's gorgeous at this time of year!
