A Day in the City with Family

Tim's dad was passing through on his way up to Northland and Maranatha to recruit teachers. So yesterday we took him all around the city. We ended the night with a sunset boat tour of the city. It was awesome! Definately something that you should do if you are ever in the city!

Our youth group used to take a trip to Chicago every year - on Memorial Day weekend. We would take a boat tour of the city, and watch the fireworks from Lake Michigan. DEFINITELY cool with the city skyline behind. I love (visiting) Chicago!!

How great to have so many places to take family when they come through and to get to experience it all yourself too! Great pictures. I would've loved the sunset boat tour.

Yay! you all look so happy. What fun! My favorite building is the Wrigley building- the white one with the clock tower. I'm glad you were able to spend time with Tim's dad.
